Happy Thanksgiving. My oldest son in Kalamazoo Mi is a chef so he and some of his family have to work today and my daughter and her family live in Kansas City Mo they will be here at Christmas. The rest of the family will be here though. I am truly blessed.

Our family of Indians / Native Americans (FiL is 100% and other branches have some percentage of other tribes) is doing our Thanksgiving today as well. Grateful for what we have, not particularly great thoughts on that European invasion back when.

I cringe each time I think about that invasion. I AM of both European and Native Peoples descent, and thank God every day that there was troubled room in this country for all of us. May the blessings of this world be stowed upon all of us, and the wounds of our conflicts heal. And now, to the turkey and stuffing. steve
