2 duplicates, shot up stop sign on poacher road. nice big open fields now cluttered with ugly noisy expensive wind towers and the transfer building where dc is converted to ac. and secluded where wildlife resides n poachers kill nightly

I worked with a guy years ago that said his dad used to feed coal to his pigs as a treat now and then. Anyone ever hear of that?

Yes dad thru out small buckets of stoker coal to hogs on a regular basis, I THINK he said it kept them from having worms or something.

I don't see a single ugly noisy expensive wind tower. Why does the transfer building have grain bins next to it?

I don't see any grain bins by the transfer
facility. The pig facility has some near
it though. I also am trying to find the
wind towers. They must be somewhere nearby
though because that is definitely a dc ac
transfer facility for wind turbines. We
have one near us.

1 of the duplicates was supposed to be this picture. showed it loaded but never appeared in first post

about 30 miles northeast of joplin,mo. liberty utilites set up 2 wind farms 1 is straight north of joplin 40 miles with 69 towers on both sides of 43 along mo 126. our area about 10 miles south but 20 miles east has an 11 mile streach of 69 towers

I was bored this morning so I fueled up my GEP and flew out to Joplin to get some photos.

First one is around MO 43 and MO 126 There are 6 in this photo.

From there I headed South and East to look for some others. Found some along AA a bit south of Lawrence 2010. 8 show up in this photo.

I could not locate the Inverter Station or the Pig Farm mentioned, but there does seem to be lots of pigs in Missouri!!

I was running low on fuel had to head back to Ohio.

PS; I don't really have an airplane. GEP =Google Earth Pro

lawrence county ,AA you were needing to go 1 mile east. good job getting close, actually you were just 3/4 mile short of poacher road as we call it but its 1000 county line road. pig factory is at north end and faces co line road and N highway
