Garage Find

Not tractors, but bearings, in my own garage. Had to clean out mom's house fast a couple of years ago and just threw stuff in boxes that looked too good to put in the dumpster. Was working on cleaning my own garage tonight and found a tiny little box full of bearings. Have no idea what dad had them for - maybe an old snowmobile trailer. When I checked the Timken and BCA prices I was shocked to discover there was about $200 worth of brand new bearings still in the boxes. No idea what to do with them....

I'm working on a model or two, and I needed some smaller ball bearings, like 3/4 O.D.
As you said, I found bunches there very inexpensive. But I always keep looking!!

I don't know if they buy small quantities but this company buys and sells all types of equipment. I bought seals and bearings from them in past. NOS sometimes in damaged boxes but good stuff.

If you go to the website they give information on contact and selling.

If he had snowmobiles they were probably for the skids. Some of them take as many as ten and they need replaced every-other year.

L44610 and L44643 are trailer bearings for 1 inch spindles. 6204 6205 and such are common on older snowmobiles and a lot of other things. <aybe this will help you
