One of the many old Fordson Majors still being used by local fishermen from the beach at Cromer in Norfolk, England. Virtually indestructible and always easy starters, some are started with a rope wrapped around the belt pulley, much like a lawn mower, and heaved on. The tinwork rusts away but they still keep going. The seat is gone on this one but a plastic garden chair is used as a replacement.

I cannot imagine sea salt in the very breeze that blows... Salt has bad enough effects in the northern US, where its applied to roads in winter months... slowly eats up vehicles.
