I can't play the puzzles either, I had that problem a long time ago and do not remember what the solution was.

i just tried one and it worked. were u having probs with a single puzzle, or all of them?

the one i tried was this one.

my best guess would be that jigsawexplorer had issues which they have since fixed.

Ok.I had to go into my VPN setting and trust my Wi-Fi for some reason. I don't even know what that
is. LOL, I just remembered that from my last issue a few years ago.

Do you mean where you click the link and the blank page loads but with a message The custom jigsaw puzzle failed to load...? I used to get that sometimes, but no more, because I don't rely on the direct link:

1. Click OK on the message.
2. Save the blank puzzle page as a favorite.
3. When you find an image you think would make a good puzzle- from anywhere, including NAT, an auction catalog, your own collection, and of course this site- right click on the image and 'save image as' and save it where you can find it. I have a folder in My Pictures called Puzzle Photos but you can save anywhere you choose.
4. When you want to do a puzzle, open the blank page from your favorites. Hover your cursor over the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner. A dialog box will come up with the option to open a photo as a puzzle. Navigate to your saved images and choose the one you want. Off you go!
