IH 450 Hydraulic oil in engine.

IH 450 HYDRAULIC OIL LEAKING INTO ENGINE, OIL SEAL AND SHAFT LOOKED GOOD, CHANGED SEAL STILL HAVE HYDRAULICK OIL IN ENGINE. IS THERE ANY OTHER POSIBLE WAY. MAYBE NOT RIGHT
SEAL. FIT GOOD OVER SHAFT AND NO GROOVES IN SHAFT
 
If the internal pump sheet metal components between sections or the end frame bushing support are put in incorrectly, the seal can have substantial pressure on it (it is supposed to have the pressure bleed back into the pump intake) Putting in two thin seals cn be done by using the OD and ID but thinner thickness. use grease between the seals. Jim

That is what I am wondering if it was the right seal an IH DEALER HAD TROUBLE AND SAID THIS SHOUD WORK.
 
Oil seals can be found at Motion Industries and Kaman Bearing as well as NAPA (often). The Number will be valid and can be traced. Call them then text them a photo, or take it there. Jim
