I have a CASE D tractor with a high amount of oil leak. Between crankshaft and the flywheel. Also there is no oil seal on the rear of the crankshaft . The bell housing is one part of the engine block
( no gasket )
is anyone can think of what can be the reason for that?

It's a wet clutch. There is even a plug to drain the oil when changing oil' So two drain plugs need to be removed to change engine oil.

The reason for that is thats the way case designed it. All
normal.just make sure u drain the bell housing when changing oil. And the oil will find its way back in there once running.

Wet clutch. Nice thing about that is you
can slip it all day long and not hurt it.
We used ours to pull the a6 combine with
Wisconsin. Had to ride clutch alot in 12
foot wheat swath.
