New Holland Tractor runs wide open

I have a New holland 6610 Tractor 4 wheel drive. When i crank it it runs wide open have to shut it down immediately. Has anyone heard or experienced this before. the tractor set for about 6 months.I was in a car wreck couldnt access it for a while.

Stuck plunger in the pump, rack goes to full throttle with
no governing.

sounds like a pump problem. better get a mechanic out to fix it, before u blow it up.
