Landini Vision 105 problem

I have a vision 105 Landini 4wd. I lost all hydraulics including power steering, no pto nothing. I removed pump and took to tractor dealer they said pump was good, pulled all lines to make sure no obstructions, there were none, hydraulic fluid was fine.
Any suggestions?

I would crack the pressure line while running to see if it is actually working. if it
is pumping then a pressure relief valve is stuck open or there is a broken line
