I have a 6 foot finish mower that I pull with my Jubilee or 9-N. It has 4 - 4inch wheels to keep it cutting right height. Every year have trouble with flats, No more found some run flats and ordering them tomorrow. Why did they had pneumatic tires in the first place? Cheaper. joe

i got some cheep chineese tires n tubes from local tire shop for $12. a tire n tube. first mowing in spring i just change em as i sharpen blades.. im thinkin takin em to a big tire shop n foam filling them

I have the same problem with my 6 ft Land Pride mower. Seems every time I mow I have to air up at least one tire. The guys here pretty much said I should stay with pneumatic tires as I mow a relatively rough area and solid tires would be hard on the mower. I do run Slime in the tires and that helps. I also put tubes in the tires that are a real problem, I think older maybe older, cracked or hard tires. I have problems getting a tube that has a valve stem in the correct location for my wheels. I do go slow when mowing but still have problems. It's very frustrating! I plan to get new tires over the winter so that may solve my problems. In my opinion the mower is too heavy for those 4 small tires.

I'm not a fan of solid run-flat tires. I put one on a wheel barrow once, did not care for it. When you had a load all the vibration and impact from the ground went straight into your hands and arms. I went back to a pneumatic tire.
