Does anybody make plastic like carburetor floats for old tractors?

While epoxy primer does have a relatively short re-coat window (often around 7 days), there are some workarounds you can consider. For surface prep make sure it's on a clean surface then scuff fine sandpaper (usually around 320 to 400 grit). Add an additonal primer. I used an f580-2080 epoxy primer but do test on a small patch first.

Thanks for the come back, but I was thinking about replacement ones to avoid over crowding in there.

Plastic or not they will still sink in Florida .

Check with Sandhill Carbs. in Winger Mn. Just Google it. He makes his own floats. Im not associated with the business but Ive had him do carb work for me. Tom in Mn.
