Case / David Brown 1210 injection pump

I have a David Brown 1210 with a Bosch injection pump that been sitting for awhile. I have fuel to the injection pump. But it acts like the fuel is not being pushed out thru the lines. I have fuel coming out of the return line. Is that common on this? Is there a valve the sticks? Thanks for any input.

Not running for awhile there's a good chance one or more plungers are stuck, only takes one stuck plunger to keep the control rack from moving. Pump will need removed
for service to hopefully get it working again, depending on how rusty the fuel gallery is inside.

Ok Thanks. Do you know if they are timed? I ll will probably need to order a service manual.
