The rubber gaskets on my Reading utility box tend to slide off occasionally. What would you recommend to fastened the better?

Now we get to start a debate to find out if 3M yellow or 3M black is the better weatherstrip adhesive.

Thank yall for the quick response. Ill take what ever I can get my hands on.
X2 what Russ says. 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive. I find the black stuff works a tad better. Just to add: Both surfaces must be perfectly clean and dry. Clean with alcohol or quick applications of lacquer thinner. Rub dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. Follow the instructions on the tube.
