Can anyone help me find out what tractor I have?

I recently purchased a Ford tractor which at the time I thought it was a 3000. Serial#B836776which is stamp on the right side behind the starter. Tractor has a 3cyl diesel, 3rd function and draft control. Any help would be great. Thank you.
I added a photo of the serial#

There should be two other code stampings
near where you found the serial number. A
serial number starting with B means the
tractor was assembled at the Basildon Ford
plant in Basildon England. I don't have a
good reference for Basildon serial
numbers, other YT regulars have some
partial data. Look under hood for a foil
data sticker with a model, serial, and
unit code, it may or may not be there.
These are the same numbers as stamped on
the transmission case behind the starter.
Since you are a new user you probably
can't post pictures until you have a few
more postings or ask permission from the
site administrator. In the meantime look
real close for other codes behind the
starter and post them.

The requirement for having a certain number of typed posts before adding pictures was removed a while back, per a post YT Support made in the Site Comments Forum at the time.

EllinME, welcome to the forums.

To post pictures look down the page a bit from the box where you type a reply, and you will see a bar that says ''Upload Phots/Videos''. Below that is a button that says ''Choose Files''. Click on that button to go to your device where you can search your files to find the picture you want post, select your picture, then click the ''Open'' button and the program will upload that picture to your post. There is a size limit of about 7 MB of pictures/video per post (not per thread). That can be one picture or the total of several pictures in a post. This is the same in Modern and Classic views.

That is likely the transmission case casting number. Numbers cast into housings and other parts are generally just casting identification numbers. Sometimes a casting number is also a part number however often not. While they may be used to identify a casting used on a particular model, they don't provide true individual unit identification as they could have been used on a number of models, for a number of years, on hundreds or thousands of units.

Serial number B836776 is for a tractor built in Basildon for domestic use in 1967, but that is all the info the serial number gives
Search the area the serial number is located for more numbers, also look in the same location on the other side
I ve seen a number of UK built models that didn t have the model codes stamped
Photos of the tractor from the side and rear would help

Tractor appears to be a 3000 model, loader hinds a lot of details but I see a diesel fuel filter, twin stick shifters so most likely the 8x2 transmission
Square tube rear axles help confirm it being a 3000 as early 2000 models had round tube axles, also look like top draft control spring is covered in a housing, 2000 draft control spring was out in the open
