Case Sc coolant issue

Hello,

I recently had the SC out and noticed coolant come out of the top of the radiator. I opened the cap and it looked foamy. The engine runs strong doesnt miss a beat and the temp is holding at 140deg. Could this be old coolant or the unfortunate start of the head gasket failure. Thank you for your time
 
Don't overfill the radiator. Pull a spark plug wire off one at a time as it is running and see if the foaming eases. Could tell you which cylinder is the problem.
