Early Oliver 88 row crop wish mesh grill.

I learned something new today. I saw two very early Oliver 88 RC tractors and they have mesh grills like a 60/70 on an auction brochure! Never even heard of it before! They are both restored. Any idea what these will bring? And are they the same as a fleetline 88 mechanically?

They were the Streamline 88. The 66 and 77 weren't ready yet for the introduction of the Fleetline tractors, so the
88s were released with the Streamline styling in 47. Basically the same tractor, yes. I can't tell you value, but
more than the Fleetline.

I always liked the styled 60/70s with the mesh grill but was attracted to the 88s and 77s power wise. A best of both worlds in my book. If I had any money left in the tractor account I'd definitely make a run on one. I bought a Farmall 1256 last year so I think that's all I'm gonna be allowed for a while.

I bought this one last summer and give a little more than 5 for it
