We happened across this last week, about 10 miles S of Baudette MN on Co rd. 1. I don't know anything about it, seems like a waste!

Looking at the material around it,I kind of thought it might have been silted in from a flood.Then again,it might be a staged scene,for yard art or an attraction for some kind of a farm business.Just guesses,I like to study that kind of stuff and see what wild ideas I can come up with.What is the white thing in the upper right corner of the picture?

That is what it looks like, like the sand had been drifted over it, or blown over, but I don't think that's what happened. The white object is the remains of a flag or banner.
