Has number on Engine 530917M3F

Want to determine year made and horsepower of this engine

30B is a Massey Ferguson tractor model.

32A is a Massey Ferguson loader model used on the 30B and others.

The 30B model used Continental 4-cylinder gas engines and 3-cylinder Perkins diesel engines. Is this one gas or diesel?

There should be a metal plate on the lower left of the dash cowl visible when setting in the seat which has the tractor serial number stamped into it. That serial number can help get the info you are looking for. Lists were not published for industrial tractors as they were for Ag tractors so the dating may not be totally accurate.

If it's gas about 42 hp, the diesel is about 46 hp

Interesting tractor. Has a few leaks.

Had a 30 B for years with a loader.
Always was having steering problems.

No plate on dash cowl.

Have a leak so that have to refill power steering after an hour or less of use. Seems to be a leak at left cylinder at hose fitting when sitting on seat. May be another leak at steering column.
