IH 4100 4WD tractor filmstrip....

I wasn't expecting to run across a filmstrip on the 4100, as they didn't make too many of them. Then again, if IH was heavy into promoting these, there's probably 10x more literature than there were tractors built.

Also, there's a reversible disk plow being pulled in this filmstrip. Never seen one before & I believe it to be IH. Looks hefty, whatever the case.

Yep, they did! Took a LOT of parts!

They did on the 4166 can't say about the 4100 though. Our 4166 has a 3pt and it is built about as heavy as those on the Stiegers, or close to it.

Neighbor has one in a shed doubt if it has been started in 15 years.they also have a 4366. Neither has 3pt. 4100 has a side shift hydraulic drawbar. Neither has been used much since CRP,afterwards they ran cows. Currently a solar farm is in progress of being permitted on 1200 acres of their land.

The diagram I posted was from the official FIAT/dba CIH parts site.

I don't recommend going to the site you mentioned, as elaborate as it is, it seems to exist as a Russian data mining site.

If anyone has ever successfully obtained a part through them it be GREAT if they would tell their story!

Yep, it is a Russian site. I haven't had any red flags (har har) pop up on my 'puter just using the site, but I won't order from there.

I didn't think the 4100 was going to be on the CaseIH site. Thought it was a tractor made with the rest of the construction equipment like the 4300.
According to DrEVIL.... in the post above this one.... the 4100s were made at Farmall.
