anyone know what this shaft is called exactly? im looking for a seal that must be gone there. its drips oil out of around the shaft. thanks

Perkins calls it the ''auxiliary drive shaft''.

Seal...

Perkins # 2415335

MF # 1447294M1, replaced by MF # 3640765M1.

Check to be sure the shaft doesn't have excessive play on the bushing ahead of the seal.
