Looks like that was taken at Le Sueur. I know the family that owns it--or at least, used to. They still owned it in 2019. Here is a picture that I took of it then.

Good morning, bwillett: I will reveal some ignorance here, does the pulley turn all the time? Or can it be turned off and locked somehow? Thanks, just my curiosity....
