I've been in that exact predicament.
Pretty sure I can make one more pass to knock back that brush...
And of course it was right next to a well-traveled road so everyone could see what a dumb*** I was.

Did that with my 8N into my pond! My only tractor, but with a couple of come-alongs, a chain and a well placed tree (fortunately), managed to extricate myself. zuhnc

Was brush-hogging a neighbor's field with his JD M and did that. I was terrified I had wrecked it and was going to get in real trouble. The neighbor and Dad both laughed and told me to crank up our JD B. Pulled that puppy right outa there. Finished the job, and breathed a real sigh of relief!

Did that yesterday with me uncles John Deere LA 145 riding mower. Found a big hole with the left front wheel and got stuck. My dad had to come and help push it out.
