The real story is both the baler and the chopper box were bought 70 miles from home. Better to pull both at the same time versus going back twice
 
I had a NH silage wagon that I could kick bales into.
Then back at the barn open the back door. The gear
box on the front had two stub shafts, one stub shaft
you put the pto on and the apron brought the load
forward and the other stub shaft sent the load to the
rear of the wagon. It would dump the bales out the
back door
