Perkins engine won't start

I have a White 2-105. If it is not used for a while, I have to bleed the injector lines to get it to start. It has the roosemaster pump. Is there something I need to check out? I make sure that when I shut it
off that I push the stop cable back in.

Sounds like you are getting air in the system after shut down. Look for places that may have some fuel accumulated so dust has built up at fittings or line/hose ends. Places like the stem at the jack pump if it has one or at hose ends line ends and of course the bleeders not sealing quite like they should. Filters can do this also at the gasket. If vent is fuel cap is plugged could possibly also not let air in to cause a sort of vacuum in the system.

First off, it's NOT the Stanadyne/Roosa pump. It's the CAV DPA model pump. Trouble could be the supply pump has worn check valves inside, the constant bleed orifice on the filter base top is plugged will cause air trouble too.
