Michigan Rod bearings for an F162 Continental

I'm working on rebuilding a 1945 F162 Continental out of a MH 101 Jr. The polished standard crank came out so I need .002 undersize rod bearings to keep my oil clearances at less than .003. I found and bought some NOS Michigan bearings for the even cylinders. They are 5475 CAP .002 and they plastigauged at .002 clearance on those rod journals. I need to find a set for the odd rods (1 and 3), but I can't find any Michigan 5474 .002 to use. However, these in the pic came up on eBay. They are described as fitting the 162, but are they really interchangeable?

This is 100% guessing but maybe 5631 is set of 6 for 6 cyl. So it might fit 1,3,5 or 2,4,6 . MIch 5631 replaces Continental F600G389.
Mich 5474CAP-000 replaces F400G340
Mich 5474 CAP Replaces F400G3401
Good luck , sorry could not be of more help.

Fritz, the index tabs are on opposite sides of the odd vs even shells. That's because the rods are turned around facing each other in opposing cylinders. I had to be really careful to mark both pistons and rods as I pulled them apart, until I figured out what was going on. steve

Duner, that's some more support for them being interchangeable. Somewhere I found the F400G numbers in my searches. I'll have to go back and look at my notes. I'm about to buy 2 sets and check them out, since they are cheap. Thanks for the help. steve

I just saw some place Michigan 5631 fits F163 plus others but F162 was not listed. F162 and F163 I think take different rod bearings.
This site list rod bearings for VC Case with Continental engine.
I could not find anything for 101Jr.
