Aren't the stacks offset on a B? These are straight across from each other.
Also, if we could see the brake drums, we'd know for sure.

Yes they are. I'm with you. I also took the pic and zoomed in on the little bit of brake drum showing. It's an A.

It's an A. Look at the top of the steering pedestal. The square removable plate for getting the worm out is on the rear, with 2 bolts.
On a B that plate is on the front, also 2 bolts.
On a G that plate is on the front, but has 4 bolts.
Unless someone swapped out a different pedestal.
