Planting Potatoes and Crops

Finally got a chance to look at the early planted potatoes today and they look great. Some consider the last week of April too early but I always try to get a row or two in because once field work starts I don't have time for garden work. Should have taken the photo after I tilled the pigweeds out. Also some video of crop planting. Today's rain was barely measurable but put me on hold for the time being. No significant rain here in quite a while.

Only 30 acres of oats to do but this damp weather made the dry fertilizer so sticky that I didn't do any today. Just unplugging the 3 inch lines on the air seeder.
