I'm pretty righteous about keeping equipment greased. That said, once a year I make a point of hitting everything again. You know; belt AND suspenders.

The CAT mini has the most fittings followed by the 1020 and then the 5303. The D3 has only 3 including the track tensioners.

Same for me Steve. I just serviced my little New Holland 1920. Oil and filter, hydraulic filter, fuel filter, air filter and greased it including the loader. Going to let it cool off and then rinse out the radiator fins. Next weekend the Ford 5000 diesel is coming in the shop for a service.

I have a Kubota B7510 (25 hp) with loader and a take-off, put-on backhoe.
I made a holder so I keep a grease gun on the tractor ALL the time.
That way I don't have to go looking for the grease gun or say I'll do it later.

W/o going to look, I'm pretty sure they are 36. She's been a bullet proof machine when I can keep the mice out of the wires. She steers, maneuvers, and shifts better than the new tractor.

If it only gets greased once a year it must not get used much. We grease some things daily and some even more than that during the busy season. Like chains on the planter might be oiled a couple times during planting helps keep the dirt off and keeps oil in the joints. then oiled at end of season. I like to grease equipment when we put it away at the end of the season. things like wagons get brought out in a hurry and don't always take time to grease before use so this way they are not dry when they get rushed out to keep a combine moving.

I keep everything greased during use, start of season, and end of season. As I said, annually everything gets an extra look. Maybe something got missed or short changed. My equipment gets used.
