I have always wondered how hard those doors must be to close with the track sloping up like that. Do they have some kind of counterweight

That is one of the best ones yet.
Got the right kind of roof. (I am biased to a Gambrel roof)
Beautiful lumber.
Some folks around here would convert that into a home.
