Think it is a Universal. (Eastern European copy). They built a copy of the MF35 that sold here in the 1980's.

I trust your call as we dont see many UTBs in Rocks and Cows, but The OP picture appears to have more of a Massey grille with one European headlight hanging in there along with the clam shell fenders found on 135 models. The apparent air cleaner has me scratching my head.

Yes, you are right, I had not noticed the headlight. Will check and see if UTB made an exact copy or someone wanted one and painted it in their colour. ;0) They also got in bed with Fiat from what I remember and built a number of out of date Fiat models.
