i aqquired a freeman trip bucket loader from an auccioneer that didnt
sell. i went to look at it at sale site WOAH NO CYLENDERS
went home thinking i got a pair. where i had em stached ,gone.
i got the loader cheep nuff it can ride to scrap yard with the rest i need to send. but my ? question is its a freeman loader built for allis chalmers. i need to know cylender demensions. if i keep it im installing 2 way cylenders. the actual loader brackets and frame are in decent shape but in natural rust finish.
ive owned another freeman loader just like it but without allis on frame.
i shoulda attended that auction as the wd ran $350. i am not an ac guy but it could be trading material

Found an online scan of the parts book for the "thousand series" loaders here (remove spaces, because the complete URL triggers this site's "swear filter"):

Measure the cylinder hole length while bucket is on the ground, then lift the bucket as high as you want it to go then measure again.Do the math that will be your stroke. Then to to Surplus Center website to match what you need.

thank you. was thinking 22 inch stroke. i got a friend who had a
farm machinery buisness that had to retire. he said he had made a
booboo n forgot he has a pallet full of various size cylinders. hope
he has 2 that are close. it will become 2 way then.
if a tad short not a big deal for what im going to use it for. thank
you again

they are junk but i found a pair of freeman cylinders. i might
chuck up some pipe n turn new tubes out n weld up a base, great
rainy day job to keep busy n in my comfort zone with nobody
around
