Hi, new here and I have a problem. I have a 47 Case VAI with an Eagle hitch and the lifting arms will not go down with the pump running, when I shut off the motor and move the up/down lever to down position they go down fine. Also with the pump running and I move the lever to the down position, the arms lift slowly. I put a new single acting hydraulic valve on it and that didn't help. Any ideas would be appreciated.
