What do you suspect that tank out front is for ?????

It looks like the gas tank is right in front of the headlight and that hole in the hood is to fill it.

Looks like a hodge podge of Bolens parts.
Looks like it might be a large frame, with
the wrong hood and engine.

Hydraulic fluid tank out front??? Looks to have a hydraulic tube on the side of the
frame going through the fender to the rear??

That tank is filled with concrete for weight to offset the additional traction provided by the reverse mounted bar lug tires.
