Is there anything for tourists to see at this former U S Navy facility. I'm sure there must have been SOME tractors used there.

Not really. It was just a large under ground antenna

Probably not much. ELF radio was installed to relay Nuke commands to Subs. There were three antennas that stretched from a central transmitter. The interesting stuff is in the link. Jim
