Sorry Steve, I don't have the special tools needed for the cast iron IH pumps. I have freed up some stuck plungers in the past when stale fuel causes them to stick and keep the rack from moving. Even the fuel shop I worked at years ago sent them out for repair to the central distributor.

I had my B pump from my 400 rebuilt by Central Fuel Injection
2403 Murry Rd.
Estherville,Iowa 52334
That was a couple years ago,was expensive $1250.but I am happy with the work.
