I have about a week of fire wood left. I usually have enough, but it has been cold longer than normal, this year in California. Stan

Fire up that old blue ford and come fill it up. Ooh dang it California is quite a ways. But I did have a guy drive from there for some w12 steel wheels.

Don't you have to get a permit or pass a referendum to import out of state fuel to California ???

Have some in NoDak. Just have to dig through a quarter mile of 3-4 foot deep snow to get at it!

hear CA has some 2500 year old red wood that ought to heat real well. :roll:

Most states have regulations on moving raw timbe including firewood intrastate. A good rule of thumb is 50 miles.

Interstate movement of raw timber that is not heat treated is totally against the law.

i have oodles of ash free for the hauling. the emerald ash borers tore thru my woods and killed them all. we have been cutting and burning, gonna take some time to clean it up. have a lot of widowmakers too. i will shoot some pictures today.

It's probably is coming soon. If they do I will be very cold. 95 % of my heat is from wood. When my house was built celling heat was installed. I can never go back. The heating wires were cut in the rooms when I installed ceiling fans. Stan

I have some you could have but it is under 3 feet of snow today. By the end of Wednesday if the weather guessers are correct, it could be under 5 feet of snow here in SD.

If you want to drive to Pennsylvania, I have Ash trees laying down all over. Enough to fill 10 or more semi trailers...
