Caster wheel

Looking to buy one of those segmented caster wheels. Like the ones you see on bush hog mowers. Am building a wheel for my box blade to help it to do a better job and cut/fill like my big Eversman land plane.Dont want a tube type tire,as they are always flat and the tire rots away after a year or two.Where would I buy one? Thanks. Steve

The only tube tire I know of that dont last is them cheap wheel barrow tires. A good tire lasts long time. Even on Combine pickup. I presume your talking the 8 inch tires.

I made a couple out of wood. Drill hole in center and put a steel bushing through and wrap a metal band around outside. I made two for the combine pickup head and one for a grain bin sweep auger.

I bought a solid rubber wheel from High Grade Mfg. to replace leaky pneumatic tire on a finish mower.

I used and abused it, and it held up well. I think this style of tire might do well for your situation.
