My 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix lower intake manifold is still giving me fits. I believe I have removed all of the bolts. Even with a large pry bar I cant get it loose. How bad will it be glued on there? Maybe I am missing some bolts?

Notice: The two bolts which fasten the lower intake manifold to the cylinder head are accessible only after the upper intake is removed. The bolts are located in the right front and left rear corners of the lower intake manifold.Remove the upper intake manifold to service the lower intake.
(Two bolts somewhat hidden.)

Racered is correct. The upper plenum has to come off first, there are two bolts hidden in the corners. They will be in the corners of the intake filled with engine oil.

I found them. They were on the inside of the manifold. I have it all a part now. I found pooled oil on the top side of the lower intake manifold I also found water drops. Should there be oil there? Should I put any type of sealant on that rectangular coolant port on the end of the lower manifold or put it on dry? I did get the lower intake gasket from GM, the upper one from NAPA. I have valve cover gaskets to install also but they did not come with grommets, I hope I can reuse the old ones and not have them leak. They dont appear to be leaking now. Should I just leave them alone? The only place I see in online videos to use sealant is on each end of the lower manifold where the silicone gaskets are. Are there any other tips you can give me when reassembling?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Just need RTV in the corners where the end seals meet the gaskets. Yes, oil in the lower manifold is normal, it is years of PCV accumulation. Water in the lower is not normal.
