Fence and tractor

We have been trying to install 1000 ft of goat fence for a customer for nearly 3 weeks, been raining, a lot! Finally finished. We usually use a Ford 950 for the unroller/stretcher but it was tight quarters around this fence. So we took the backhoe off the Massey and used it. Did great. Actually with the ability to creep and good brakes it was easier than the big Ford.

Did I mention the beautiful weather today?? 80 degrees with a stiff breeze.... Love it.

Always good to improvise ! I love old tractors, but sometimes the new ones just make it easier ! Drove through Alabama Monday on our way back home. You have some beautiful country there !

Rub in the nice 80 degree weather. I have never seen a fence unroller before. Nice piece.

Hydrostatic tractors are very good for many jobs requiring very slow or variable speeds. My 1210 did some snowblower duty today at 15 degrees this morning to get rid of the first storm before the Big storm hit this afternoon going overnight tonight. (Minneapolis area). As of this morning we had about 4-5 here and went in high range only slowing down for the drifty areas. Thinking tomorrow will be in low range with the amounts the weather gurus are talking about plus the wind!
Could use that 80 degrees for a couple hours or so!

I like the toolbox on the unroller. I've thought about that or hooks. Those things are worth the money just to tote the rolls of wire around.
