Red River Special

Such a inspiring setting, makes me want to come visit. We had an old thresher back in the trees, my brothers and I got all the cranks and wheels loose. It was the best pirate ship, castle, army fort you could ever have. I am so privileged to have had that fun. Nobody ever got hurt too bad. My grandson just doesn't have those opportunities like that. Same here. When my brothers and i were little the thresher was parked in the yard forever and we used to play on it all the time. I'd sit up on that big iron front wheel beside the little platform. Or crawl up the ladder on the other side.
