I got an email from FedEx saying a package can't be delivered, because 1.95 was due. A page came up letting me know I can pay with my credit card. I almost fell for it. I called FedEx they told me they never do that. Be careful. Stan

We get those off and on. First thing I do is ask my wife what she ordered.
Then she says Nothing, what did YOU order!! That's usually the end of that!!

I won Publishers Clearing House for the third time without signing up. I was pretty sure Ed McMahon had passed but when Abdar Vishnu asked me if Id be home in 45 minutes I told him I was in the hospital. Persistent cuss asked if my wife was home. Told Abdar she died. Ive never been married. The he asked me who I banquet. Told him I missed the banquet because I was in the hospital!

I keep getting text messages. Last one said they lost my packagem and included a link to click on. do not click on that link!

I fon't know how to do that but then there are some that come in the spam folder that I do want to keep but I also do not know how to get them to the inbox. And last night I had some on the spam folder when I went to bed and this morning all are gone and I did not acidently delete them.

I've gotten quite a few of those. I just send them to the Spam folder without opening them.

A few days ago, my wife got one from UPS. The thing is, the scammers are very adept at copying a website perfectly so you think it's the real thing.

Leroy, what type of email do you use? As far as the spam folder it has a setting of how often to auto delete emails in it. Usually by dates, it may be set to dump anything 3 months old or some such thing or it may go so far as dumping the spam box nightly. If you want to move items out of spam you would probably want to create a folder for them that would hold them indefinitely or until you decide to delete it. Just do a web search for whatever you want to do such as ..move email from spam to inbox in Gmail or create a new folder in gmail.. doing this will probably get you the answer you need. Those were just examples, I used Gmail but you will have to use your email providers name. Moving mail on most email programs is usually done by selecting the item or items you want to move and then selecting where you want them to move to from a drop down list.

(quoted from post at 21:50:41 01/10/23) I got an email from FedEx ...

Please be careful and respectful about tarnishing the name of a good company that did nothing whatsoever wrong. You DID NOT get an email from FedEx. You got an email from a criminal.

The computor that I had that wend bad because of a virous never delieated anything on its owen. This different one, used bougt from a reputable place that does computors and networking has done it several times lately and I ma getting sick of it. Shuts off as you are working and at times will not let you back on for an hour or 19 hours. And things like a search bar not there and a lot of times things I want tp print no way to print. Think it is going back. We have delt with these people for better than 20 years.

Leroy,
With the problems you're having with your computer I don't think I can help you with how to move emails from one folder to another.
When you take your computer back to where you got it they can show you how to do it. It's really easy once you know how.
