From the 'TO' prefix, that says it is a Harry Ferguson, or just Ferguson, no Massey. no Harris, just a Ferguson.

The serial number 100150 says it is a 1952 model TO30.

The TO30 would have the air intake through the dash, a single shift lever. Would have been solid gray originally. The brush guard has been added.
TO 30

-Richardhickox , Steel guard bumper on front .oil filter on right side as sitting in seat .starter and oil filler on left side as setting in seat.

Two oil filters? One on the right and one on the left?

Yes, it sounds like a Ferguson To-30. A Ferguson TO-20 has no oil filter on the right-side. The oil filter is in the bottom of the oil pan. No air-filter inlet on the dash either.
