Char-Lynn Question

Looking through an old Successful Faming magazine I stumbled across a Char-Lynn ad and was wondering if anyone has a real picture of the Snap-on holder out in the wild.
I have yet to find one online. I did not know they offered such a thing and was wondering what it looked like in person and if anyone had any experience with using them.

Thanks.

i have never saw snap on holder. it appears its another piece mounted on the equipment then you just only need to change the motor to different pieces of equipment.

''Back in the day'' the local IH dealer had a display of the motors and quick attach mounts just in side the front door of the parts department.

As I recall, the units on display seemed to change a bit, I figured they must have sold a few, but my Dad and uncles never bought/used any.

So, yes, I've seen them but have no experience with using them.

A little more info.

(quoted from post at 15:39:57 12/15/22) That one looks different. Not a quick detach but more permanent.

If you look closely at your photo the same rectangular ''box''/adapter with the latches is shown in both.

The red ''X'' marks the latch in your photo.

I wonder what, exactly, the part is between the pipes from the orbit motor and the flexible hydraulic lines, though?

Don't know the motor make but has a piece of square tube he slides anothe over to mount his to the unloading auger in one bin to empty it. Will run an 8 inch load out with no problem and keep up with an 8 inch auger up to the truck at wot PTO setting.

I ve never seen a device like that but it could be some type of pressure relief valve
Those Char-Lynn motors were designed to operate at 1000 psi with max intermittent pressure of 1400 psi
Most tractors hydraulic system pressure was near double that
