Its in nice shape, but it is altered from original.

I had a couple industrials that weren't military. The reference to two transmissions could be a reverser and the standard transmission. I had a UTIL with Lull loader with the reverser.
I still think the price is high.

The UTI was the industrial version of the Minneapolis-Moline U. Several versions were built. The UTIL offered a six-speed shuttle. The UTIL-D used a diesel engine and was built from 1953 to 1959. The UTIL-M was for the US military and only built in 1953. The UMIL variant used a 340B-4 engine

There's no pic of the tag showing it's a UMIL. All four rears show uneven wear and the inside left rear is mounted backwards. $12,000 .... don't think so.

It's been for sale for about 5-10 years. Not until recently did they even put a price on it.
