Hello there ! I am looking for some information on some primitive farm equipment that I have ? I am attaching photos in hope that someone with knowledge can please help me out ? Thank you

Hello McCarthy welcome to YT! Just recently the
forum host here changed the requirements to new
posters to be able to post photos from a post count of
5 posts to 1 post. You need to try again with posting
your picture. It should go through on your second post
if everything I understood about the change is correct.
I believe this change was only made on ..Modern View..
so you need to post from there. In Modern View you
will see the Classic View option in a red outlined box at
the top. The restriction was a way to keep internet bad
guys from dropping in and posting bad pictures with
hidden viruses. Pictures post through the ..Choose
files.. or some such name button down lower in the
..New post and reply windows. They cannot be pasted
into the text area as a file. We cannot wait to see what
you have and hopefully help you out with the
information you need.

hi red mn. I appreciate the feedback. I m new at this forum and not sure what I m doing. I sent my photos to tractor tales but I think you were on tractor talks ? I try finding my photos but was unsuccessful. Thank you

I do not think your photos went anywhere. So reply
again. When you are replying scroll down some and
you will see ..Upload Photos/Videos.. right below that
is the button you click to go in the files or folders of
your PC or phone to choose the pictures you want to
post. On my iPhone the button is called ..Choose files..
But on a PC it has a different name. I would suggest
just choosing one to start. If that works as it should
you can then make more replies with more photos.

Depending on the speed of your internet connection you sometimes have to wait a few seconds for the photo
to upload, I just did a test, and it took about a minute to load a 5 MB photo. this is using a computer, I
don't know anything about doing it with a phone. We have pretty slow service here in Arizona during peak
times, but at 6 in the morning it's really fast!

It is possible you are posting from ..Classic View.. that
platform still requires a 5 post count to post photos.
When viewing this post do you see ..Modern View.. on
the right at the top of on the gray bar that says
..Author.. on the left? If you do you need to click that,
that should take you to ..Modern View.. where you
need to be. To identify you are at the correct place it
should show a button right above your post on the left
that says ..new topic.. That is just an identifier that you
are in the right spot do not click it. Again double click
your post to view it if you were not transferred into it.
Then go through the same process again with a reply.
choosing a photo to post using the button I described.
It may ask you to sign in again during the process. If it
does click the check mark that says ..Automatically
sign me in.. or something like that. Hope this helps. If
something is not clear please ask.

Also try reducing the size of the pictures. There is a 7-7.5 mb size limit on total mb of pictures in a post whether it is one or the total of several at one time.

FYI, those drive units are the most complex things on the planet.
After centuries of observation men are still completely clueless
to what makes them go. ;)
