Dont know about the tractor but when they get done threshing the fence could use a little TLC

Possibly Case Cross Motor tractor. John Deere or IHC tractors would have an air cleaner and exhaust pipe showing.

Tractor would not be a big 27-44 Twin City as its belt pulley is on the left side.

If it were a older photo I would say waterloo boy because it looks like there might be a tank in the front.

I see the folks in the photo still do not use and elevator to get the grain into the bin....still bagging in gunny sacks and putting them on a flat bed wago.

Also, this is a modest power affair, bundle wagons can only get on one side of the feeder, so one man feeding (and probably slowly) indicates modest horsepower.

Photo is unusual, maybe taken from a silo or tree. Thanks for this picture....Leo
