PTO Clutch plates

Just wonder if anybody has purchased just the clutch linings to suit a 9" pto plate of a MF35 Dual clutch assy. If so where from. Regards Rex.

Fergy, welcome to YT! Is this request strictly a cost
saving measure? Maybe you are an expert at riveting
the linings on, but I am sure there is a learning curve
and some aggravation to attaching the linings. Usually
the reason only linings are replaced is because it is for
a very rare machine and a completely relined plate is
not available or if it is they are very expensive.

We replaced the entire dual clutch
assembly on my son-in-law MF35 Industrial
tractor last summer. Bought entire
assembly from this site.

Split the tractor, which was a challenge,
but replacing the assembly was fairly
straightforward.

Most if not all PTO clutch discs are floating disc not rivetted. If the clutch slips a lot they wear fairly fast. Stan

Chief please explain a floating disc to me. Do you mean a wet clutch pack style then no that does not apply here. That tractor has a two stage dry clutch. Upper half to two-thirds pedal travel operates the release of the transmission clutch the remaining stroke of the pedal controls the ..Live.. PTO. In the link is an example replacement plate offered by YT.
