Got my first ride on one , working for a guy on his autumn golf course circuit. A whole lot nicer than the 3301 Kubota he used to torture me with. Looks like Im gonna be on it for a few more weeks and Im trying to get familiar with it . 1). Can you select on the digital display MPH or PTO speed...the tractor switches back and forth during the day and I dont know why it does this. 2). What does E PTO mean, as opposed to regular PTO, as shown by the two positions of the PTO lever? Lever is currently to the rear, and engaged with the button on RH fender. Overall it seems like a nice tractor so far, quiet, although it does clatter like a 3304 out of the 70s... but Im not considering that a thumbs down by any means.

E is for Economy, meaning you don't have to run the tractor wide open to get 540 PTO speed, for jobs that don't require full HP output of the tractor. Uses slightly less fuel that way.

There is a 5075e and a 5075m. Which tractor is this?

I'm guessing when you state Kubota 3301 you're referring to a model L3301 which has 33 engine HP. Comparing a 33 hp tractor to a tractor with over twice the size/hp @ 75 hp is not exactly fair comparison.

Power is not an issue. The 3301 is simply
not the best tractor to core fairways with, need
greater ground speed precision than a hydro has. I
suppose my main issue is mounting/dismounting,
its kind of like threading oneself into a WD-45; have
to get off every time you blip the hydro pedal and
scuff the turf. With the Deere you run up a flight of
stairs and theres grab handles all over the place.
Then just flip the lever and you have the same mph
every time. Nothing wrong with The 3301... the
Deere is just a better tool in this case.

It is an E. What about the readout ... can that be
selected? What makes it change back and forth
between mph and PTO? I just happen to notice it
every couple hours, dont know if any particular
operation changes it.

These photos from the operators manual might help.
