So you augured it out, then put it through your seed cleaner, then put it back in the bin???? Aren't you damaging more seed each time you auger?? I'm confused. gobble
 
Seed cleaner and yes it will damage it some. Not so bad on wheat or oats as it is on corn or beans. The smaller seed doesn't get pinched between the flight and tube as bad to crack it. And he might even have brush flighting in the auger tubes.
