I have a Ford 7000 with Dual power that maintains absolutely zero pressure plugging off line from the pump I automatically get 180 pounds of pressure the tractor will not move forward or backwards what are the possibilities of where it s leaking
Clutch plates and seals look good

Well, if it's got 180 from the pump in isolation, then the problem is definitely in the dual power. That could include the shift
valve. I'm not familiar with that valve to say if it has the ability to get stuck in the middle and direct pump flow to sump but
that may be a possibility. Later electric valves were either/or but that one is manual I believe? Beyond that, the sealing rings
in the back of the drum would be the most likely culprit, particularly if an abundance of caution wasn't used on reassembly...

Can you give a little more history? How long have you had it? Did this start suddenly or gradually? Do you have it apart now? By clutch plates do you mean the ones inside the dual power?

That low circuit is used also for the pto clutch. And iirc, there is a plastic line that goes across to the pto valve, and it the weird quick connect tends to pop out... but why didnt your dual power just shift to low, the default mode???? Your gonna have to pull the top cover and take a look...??
